White-Label Platform//Participant Experience

A white-label assessment platform that feels like part of your brand.

Your institution's identity can carry through invitation emails, access pages, guidance media, the assessment interface, and PDF reports. Access stays on a neutral domain, with implementation based on the agreed scope.

Without building and maintaining your own platform.

One Experience

A consistent brand, not just a logo on one screen.

Each major touchpoint can be prepared so participants remain inside an experience that feels connected to your institution.

  1. 01 · Invitation

    An email participants recognize

Your logo, colors, institution name, and communication tone can be applied to invitation emails.

  2. 02 · Access

Registration and login that feel familiar

Participant access pages follow the agreed visual identity while the domain remains neutral.

  3. 03 · Guidance

    Instructions in one brand language

Instructions, thumbnails, and guidance videos can carry your institution's identity.

  4. 04 · Assessment

    A consistent test interface

Core logos, colors, and terms can follow the participant experience that has been designed.

  5. 05 · Results

    PDF reports ready to share

Visual identity can continue into PDF covers, headers, accents, charts, and footers.

Clear Scope

White-label works better when its boundaries are clear upfront.

Before implementation, we map what can be adapted, what stays neutral, and which requirements need special configuration.

01

The domain stays neutral

Participants access Scalify or online-test through a neutral domain. Scalify does not offer custom client domains.

02

PDF has the fullest coverage

Logos, organization names, and color themes can carry into PDF covers, headers, sections, charts, and footers.

03

HTML and Excel follow their function

HTML dashboards support partial visual adaptation. Excel recaps currently prioritize data structure and usability.

04

Special needs are configured

Custom terms, narratives, modules, or psychograms may require configuration and development rather than a free-form self-service editor.

Report Output

PDF reports can follow both your visual identity and their intended reader.

Reports can be adapted through logos, organization names, and color themes, with a choice of report structures or modules and custom psychogram development when needed.

  • Organization logo and name
  • Report color theme
  • Measurement, Psychogram, or combined modules
  • Custom psychogram development when required

PDF currently offers the fullest branding. HTML dashboards support partial adaptation, while Excel remains data-first.

How It Works

Map it once, reuse it for the next batches.

The brand kit, participant touchpoints, and output structure are agreed upfront so future delivery can move faster and stay consistent with controlled review.

  1. 01

    Map the brand and flow

Define the logos, colors, terms, guidance media, and touchpoints that need adaptation.

  2. 02

    Configure the experience

Scalify prepares participant invitations, access, interfaces, and outputs based on the scope.

  3. 03

    Review before launch

Your team reviews the identity, language, and participant flow before the assessment opens.

  4. 04

    Launch and reuse

The approved configuration can be reused for future batches.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should be clear before you begin.

Can the assessment use our institution's domain?

No. Participant access stays on a neutral Scalify or online-test domain. Your institution's identity is applied to the participant's visual and communication experience, not through a custom domain.

Which parts can follow our brand?

Depending on scope, visual identity can be applied to invitation emails, registration or login pages, guidance instructions and media, the assessment interface, and PDF reports.

Are all report formats fully white-labeled?

Not yet. PDF supports the most complete visual white-label. HTML dashboards support partial branding, while Excel currently remains focused on data.

Can we edit a psychogram ourselves?

A custom psychogram can be developed around the required aspects, instrument mapping, scoring mechanics, narratives, recommendations, and page structure. This is handled through configuration or development rather than a free-form self-service editor.

Can the configuration be reused for later batches?

Yes. Once the flow, identity, and output structure have been mapped and approved, the configuration can be reused so future batches are faster and more consistent while review stays controlled.
