This notice applies to the scalify.id marketing website. Participant data, test responses, and assessment results within the service platform are managed through separate settings and service agreements.
Data we may receive
- Technical information such as device type, browser, visited pages, interactions, and referral source.
- Language and consent preferences stored on your device.
- Information you choose to send when contacting us by email or WhatsApp.
Analytics tools
We use Vercel Analytics to understand general site performance and usage. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are activated only after you provide permission through the privacy choice. When allowed, these services may use cookies or similar storage to recognise visits and measure interactions.
Why we use this data
- Maintain site performance and security.
- Understand which pages and information are most useful.
- Measure visit and lead sources so marketing communication can be more relevant.
Assessment data boundary
Website analytics are not used to read test responses, scores, psychograms, reports, or participant assessment results. Service areas that process assessment data have their own access controls and terms.
Your choices and third-party services
You can decline analytics or change your choice at any time through Privacy settings in the footer. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other external services follow each provider's privacy policy.
Retention and security
We limit data retention according to operational, analytics, and applicable requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet service is entirely risk-free.
